My Kind of Photography

1)  I would like to learn how to shoot High School Football.

Really the only reason I want to learn is to be on the field with my boyfriend so I can also know the game in order to support him.

2) And I also would like to learn event photography like weddings.
This is the type of photography that really just makes everyone happy and its those moments that I would just love to capture for a family or couple and to help them make memories. Also I just got a real cannon digital camera and I would love to learn more on how to use it.

church

http://www.lightstalking.com/34-photographs-of-cathedral-and-church-interiors-that-rock

I saw on this website beautiful colors and symmetery.

I learned that cathedrals bring perfect images and you don't always need to edit photographs.

I picked this photo because it was the most colorful and had an balanced amount of space.

This photo contains balance and framing.

lens flare

http://www.lightstalking.com/lens-flare
I saw a lot of pictures from a different views. weather they were portraits or not.

I learned that its ok to scatter light with lens flare.

I picked the photo above because the building looks very strange in a good way and the lights just make it so colorful.

I see lines.

types of magazine covers

Early Magazine Covers

These covers had very little images if not any. And if there were the images were either for decoration, symbolization or both. Usually the cover contained a table of contents or automatically started out with a title and an article. This magazine cover often looked much like a book cover.

The Poster Cover

This style of a magazine cover usually contained one giant image, that looked as if it were a romantic style painting or just a really excellent photograph. These images usually gave the reader an idea of the content. Also a small head line and at the top would give you a direct thought of what was inside of the magazine.

Pictures Married to Type

This type of magazine cover has a combination of all attributes. There is a combination of a cover line, a posed image, and layers of other images and headlines. Layers is the most important part to this cover. Without different planes containing images and headlines this style would not have this name.

In the Forest of Words

For this style of covers we see that it contains a very large image but most of the time headlines and words will be very large and sometimes larger the the name of the magazine itself. Its as if the headlines are competing for attention on the cover. With this there are so many layers that for me it can get to overwhelming.

"my favorite"

For W's biggest fashion issue of the year, the magazine celebrated the ways women today transform themselves by showcasing actress Kristen Stewart as readers had never seen her before. Photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot transformed the 21-year-old cover model from the Twilight teenager that audiences know best into the glamorous, grown-up vixen she's becoming. "Vampires are a little dangerous—and we girls like to test ourselves," Stewart says playfully on the cover, tempting readers to pick up the issue and see for themselves.
